Would you like to try a musical instrument? Something unique? Maybe a stringed instrument is for you!
The string family includes violin, viola, cello, and bass. These are the instruments that I teach students how to play.
My name is Mrs. Ingerick, and I teach at the Elementary and Middle Schools. Students may start learning how to play violin, viola, cello, or bass anytime from 2nd grade on. We focus on learning correct posture, playing technique, and basic music notes on the instrument in the first year. Students also get the opportunity to perform in two concerts in the spring of their first year. It is a fun and exciting time, and I hope that you’ll consider joining me in lessons next year!
